SHIPPING POLICY
We expect orders to ship within 1-2 business days and expect them to reach within 4-5 business days after dispatching. Once the package is dispatched, you’ll automatically receive tracking information. You can track your order by information given.
Plants & other garden accessories that are part of the same order but having different category items may ship separately and You'll receive order tracking information for each item once shipped.
We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped. Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. URBANIC HORTI is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
Shipping Fees:
We Ship free on orders above Rs.999 and for orders below Rs.999 following are the charges
– Orders under Rs.299: Rs.80 flat shipping fee
– Orders between Rs.299-Rs.799: Rs100 flat shipping fee
