Q1. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by contacting customer service through our Contact Us Page or writing a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests after 24 Hrs of the order has been placed. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment and get credited within 7-10 working days.
Q2.Refund & Replacement Policy
Every plant is fragile and the shipping process is not always easy. We get it right most of the time, but sometimes we don't. When that happens, we fix it—be it a damaged plant or pot due to shipping carrier mishandling—to make our customers happy. If you're not happy with your plant purchase, then it has to be informed to us with images within 24 hrs after delivery. No Return request will be entertained post 24 hrs. of plant delivery. This will help us to ensure what’s needed to help you as soon as possible! In the unlikely event, a plant is received dead on arrival, it will always be replaced once our team gets through all the details shared by you to agree on the same. The replacement of plant will be done as per availability of plant or within 30 days and shipping charges of the replacement product will be bear by you. If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state or You are not happy with your purchase, please write to us within the delivery of 7 days and we will accept the return on unused or unopened products for exchange.
