Q1. How can I change my Delivery address & Order Information?

Q2. What are the different modes of payment available for Ordering?
Digital payment with all options are available for payment i.e. Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Wallets, etc. along with COD. You can also place your Order through WhatsApp at 9667054276 and bank transfer the payment.
Q3. What is the process of refund?
If the payment is done through a digital medium the refund will be initiated to your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Netbanking account. For COD & Bank transfer payments we will initiate the payment to your bank account after getting all account-related details from you. Complete refund process to concern account will take 5-8 Business days once the refund is initiated.
Q4. What if my Order is Gift?
At the Checkout on our Cart page you will find an option to write a Note regarding all your instruction & preferences of that particular Order. You can rest assured that our team will take of all your instructions.
